My boots-on-the-ground experience as a special education teacher supporting students with extensive needs quickly taught me the value of practical, flexible tools that work in real classrooms. As a district behavior analyst, I helped schools across a large urban district build the capacity of school-based staff to support students with the most complex and intensive behavioral needs. These hands-on experiences drive everything I do. With advanced training and education in special education, applied behavior analysis, and implementation science, I focus on translating research into practical implementation in school settings.
