
Amanda is an experienced special education teacher turned behavior analyst and researcher, with expertise in using training and coaching to build the capacity of school-based professionals to assess and intervene with challenging behavior at the school-wide, class-wide, and individualized level. Borrowing from the fields of implementation science and organizational behavior management, she is interested in research investigating factors that will improve the adoption, implementation, and sustainability of evidence-based practices to support children with or at-risk for disabilities and challenging behavior in public school settings.
